Please allow 1-2 days processing time for all vouchers. This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost, and is non-transferable and non-refundable. The gift voucher must be quoted at time of reservation and presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. No photocopies of the original voucher will be accepted. Advance bookings are recommended and are subject to availability. Afternoon Tea vouchers may not be used for specialty tea events, holidays or special menus. Voucher includes regular Afternoon Tea menu plus Service Charge and Sales Tax. Voucher excludes champagne/wine/sparkling wine. Gratuity/Tip is at guest discretion and separate from the voucher. Cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours notice will render the voucher null and void. Terms and conditions are subject to change. In case of dispute, The Langham Huntington, Pasadena reserves the right to make the final decision.
